My name is Annette. I live in South Gippsland, Victoria with my husband, dog, and chooks. I have grandchildren who I adore and who come to play regularly. We live in a 1-acre garden where we grow our own veggies and fruit along with lots of flowers and trees.
In my past lives I have been in the customer service sector, a Nanny and most recently retired from being a Library Technician in a University library. I have always loved to meet and help people and am currently a volunteer at a hospital, as a concierge. At the end of 2023, I qualified as an End of Life Doula and at the same time did a course on becoming a Support Worker.
My interests, aside from my grandchildren, are knitting, gardening, reading, walking, being in nature and learning new things. I seem to be always studying something, so will be keeping up with advances in End of Life care and keeping my qualifications up to date. I specialize in Advance Care Plans, Legacy work, Listening (companionship) and Vigil.
