My name is Tamara Elsum and I am a qualified Birth and Post Natal Doula. My passion is to support women and their partners in making evidence-based decisions and empowering them in every step of their journey into parenthood and beyond.
I am a qualified counsellor and for over ten years have run my own small practice. During this time, I have also worked for the Salvation Army with their Young Parents Program, and worked as a Crisis Counsellor for homeless young people. When I'm not with my family or working, I am either painting or practising yoga.
