Hello!
I’m Peta, a birth and postpartum doula specialising in postpartum care.
It is my absolute pleasure to support you on your parenting and lactation journey. I am a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Certified Doula, Paediatric Massage Instructor and Mum of two on the Northern Beaches. I love supporting women on their breastfeeding journey, both through antenatal education and postnatal support. Together we can work on meeting your breastfeeding goals!
Go into breastfeeding prepared when you attend my LATCH Breastfeeding essentials course, that also helps us to get to know each other before the birth of your baby! Then if any issues arise once your baby is born, we can get on top of them together with my postnatal in home IBCLC lactation consults.
I am a fierce advocate and fighter for womens rights in the perinatal period including recently advocating for increased paid parental leave, mental health and equal access to care and education. I’m as passionate about this work as the day I started and I look forward to supporting you on your journey soon.
