My name is Natalie, I have been involved in the pregnancy, birthing and postpartum space since 2017. I am a registered nurse specialising in Mental health and have a passion for supporting and empowering women and their children through this chapter of their life.
I believe with the right support and education women are empowered to make the right choices for themselves and their families. My role is to facilitate and guide that journey to the best of my abilities, I have experience in antenatal and postnatal support, birthing, lactation, and perinatal mental health support.
