Completed Training: 2022
Other Modalities: Occupational therapist - mental health
I became an occupational therapist because I wanted to help people do the things that are important to them, and I have chosen to focus on adults with mental health difficulties because this is where my passion lies. I have chosen to combine my role with End of Life Doula (doula meaning "to serve"), to help people and families find meaning in end of life transitions, because it is something that we must all face at some point and I wish to try and alleviate some of the fears around the process. The name Wilsons OT is a tribute to my dad and brother (Carl and Paul Wilson), who have both transitioned from this life, and their journey's made me who I am today.
