I am a skilled and compassionate birth and post-natal doula, as well as a qualified secondary teacher and a mother of 5.
My first-hand experience as a mother led me to acknowledge the importance of support during the many stages of parenthood.
With my background as a qualified secondary teacher, I bring a unique perspective to my work as a doula. I approach each client with a combination of empathy, knowledge, and understanding.
My journey to becoming a doula started with the birth of my first child. I was inspired to learn more about the birth process and to empower myself and others to have a positive birth experience. This inspired me to become a doula, where I could help women feel confident and have a magical birth experience.
As a doula, I am honoured to be a part of a woman's birth journey. I offer non-judgmental support, a listening ear, a thorough understanding of the birth process and continuous support. My mission is to guide women in making informed decisions during their pregnancy, labor and postpartum and to support them in achieving the birth they desire with confidence.
