Hello, I'm Carina. I was born in Argentina, of Italian, Spanish and French descent, have worked many years in Brazil and have now been in Australia for 8 years. I am passionate about supporting women and their families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum, through the use of different tools and techniques that best suit them, being the best guide I can to help channel their energies into empowering themselves and allowing the best birthing they can have to occur.
I believe in the power of birthing from within and I am very happy to have made this part of my life, supporting women to believe in their own instincts, letting go of their own fears and empowering themselves through their birth experiences. To me being a Doula is to hold this sacred space for you and your family from where you will gloomily receive your new-born and become a parent again or for the first time. I believe this is a transformational moment like no other in a person's life and I feel truly honoured and grateful to be able to
support people on this journey.
