Tessa

My name is Tessa and I am a qualified birth and postnatal doula and nutritionist. I have a Certificate in Ayurveda and am currently completing my training to specialise in Ayurvedic postpartum care. I have a background in human rights and working with vulnerable and minority groups. I found my calling in becoming a doula as I now see that a profound way to make the world a better place is through supporting mothers as they love, nurture, and grow our future generations.
