I am a Pregnancy, Birth and Postpartum Doula in the Griffith area and surrounds.

In 2023 I completed my Birth and Postpartum Doula studies with the Australian Doula College and completed my Placenta Encapsulation studies with Brilliant Birth Academy.

I am passionate about educating families on ALL of their options, so they are able to make their own informed choices.

I am the mother of 2 boys. I have experienced physiological labour up until 9cm, I have experienced emergency caesarean, I have experienced planned caesarean, I have experienced breast feeding, I have experienced mixed feeding and I have experienced Postpartum Anxiety.

I share this information with you because I want you to know that I am real, I am human, I am a Mum. I support you 100% in any and all of your choices, and help to ensure that they have been your choices to make.

The reason I became a Doula is so that I can help other Mothers and their families through what is undoubtedly an incredible time, but also not always such an easy one. We all deserve kindness, nurturing, support and love.

I have grown up in the Riverina area - from Goolgowi, to Hillston, to Griffith, with that comes a knowledge of our local area and services.

Prior to commencing my Doula studies, I worked in the Disability Employment sector for 14 years. This was such a rewarding part of my career where I discovered my passion for providing real, practical, empowering help for others.
