Jeanne

Hi, I am Jeanne, a Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Richmond, Melbourne. I can service anyone birthing at home or in a Melbourne hospital.

My path as a Doula began during my psychology training. I was deeply drawn to exploring and making sense of the perinatal period and helping women navigate the challenges associated with childbirth.

The transition to motherhood can be as magical as overwhelming. Through my Doula journey, I have learned how to hold space for mothers to work intuitively with their bodies, create a safe, peaceful, and powerful environment for them to surrender, and support them in feeling confident, advocating for themselves and making informed decisions.

Every woman’s needs and desires are different, and it is absolutely part of my role to allow that dream to unfold. I always find pure joy and fulfilment in making my clients' birth journey a unique and transformative experience.

My loved ones often tell me that I have a calm and relaxing presence. I am also curious and empathetic, and I love to deeply connect with people over real conversations.
