I migrated from Austria in 1981 as a young Registered Nurse.
Over the next 40+ years I have undergone a lot of training and education, career changes and followed my passion of working with people.
I became a Beauty Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, Clinical Nurse Injector, Trainer & Educator and lots more.

My own personal growth and development has been an ongoing passion.
Understanding one self is the key to having compassion and understanding for others.

After selling my business in 2020, I was looking for something that would combine all my skills and knowledge and make my heart sing.
I came across the ADC and the option of becoming a doula, and it immediately felt right for me.
The doula training has led me down may paths and awakened a new passion for working with women during this time (pregnancy, birth and postpartum), when women are most vulnerable and need support the most. I also completed a HypnoBirthing course as I love education and will never stop learning.
I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life, ready to share my life's experiences, skills and all the knowledge I have accumulated.
