Since 2012, what moves me as a doula is to inspire women in their journey of self knowledge of becoming a mother. I love to bring out their best (values, believes and selfcare practices) and provide knoledge as well to deal with the pain and the changes in their bodies (phisical, emotional and symbolic) ,during pregnancy and giving birth. I had a cesarean in 2001 and a VBAC in 2008., with the help of a doula. Giving birth is such a special moment in our lifes as we share wisdom, stories and gratitude.
