Meeting Renee and having her as the missing piece to my support through the last weeks of pregnancy, birth and beyond was heaven sent. Her birthing classes represented the special time that it was for my husband, Will and I as we prepared to bring our son, Lucky into the world. She always brought empathy, wisdom and humour to our sessions and made us trust in ourselves. As with most births, it didn't go as planned but knowing I had Renee's support and experience made me trust whatever was happening and mostly, helped me to trust my instincts. After many hours of labour with no progress I decided to have a ceasarean. Renee supported my decision and helped me through any fears I had.

After the amazing experience of labour and birth, due to Renee knowing our needs, Renee helped me navigate my way through the next challenges of recovery, breast feeding and being parents for the first time. Knowing I have the services and support available at the college gives me peace of mind. I can say with confidence, Renee's love and support have made me to be the mother I am today.
