Post Natal Support

We understand the importance of post natal care and support and so offer a weekly drop in post natal group on:

Wednesdays at our centre between 10.30am - 12.30pm

Relevant up to date information is shared in a relaxed, caring and fun environment with a morning tea served and open discussions.

The casual drop in rate is $10.00 per group or a card of six visits can be purchaseed in advance for $50.00 + gst and bookings are not essential. The group is also open to women at any stage of their pregnancy.

There may be times after the baby is born when you feel you need some extra support and by hiring post natal doula for you to visit at home and help with the baby and/or the family for the first few weeks. A post natal doula is also able to support you with breastfeeding and other parenting decisions to help you meet any challenges you may be facing.
