Post Natal Support

We understand the importance of post natal care and support and so offer a weekly drop in post natal group on

Tuesdays at our centre from 10.30am - 12.30pm.

Relevant, up to date information is shared in a relaxed and loving environment with a morning tea and open discussions.

The casual drop in rate is $15.00 per group and bookings are not essential.

There may be times after the baby is born when you feel you need some extra support - You can hire a post natal doula, who will visit you at home and help with the baby and/or the family for the first few weeks. A post natal doula is also able to support you with breastfeeding and other parenting decisions to help you meet any challenges you may be facing.
